At Freaky Flames, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

By placing an order with Freaky Flames, you agree to this Refund & Replacement Policy.

1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for every refund or replacement request.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel before opening.
  • The shipping label.
  • The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
  • The exact condition of the product received.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Please contact us through our official Email or WhatsApp and provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear images of the product.
  • The mandatory unboxing video.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Requests submitted after the reporting period may not be considered.

3. Eligible Cases

A refund or replacement request may be approved only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • An item is missing from the parcel (supported by a valid unboxing video).

All requests are subject to verification by the Freaky Flames support team.

4. Product Condition

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, tags, and packaging materials must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of misuse or physical damage caused after delivery.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following cases are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement:

  • Change of mind after placing an order.
  • Incorrect product or variant selected by the customer.
  • Minor colour variations caused by different screen settings.
  • Damage caused due to improper handling or misuse.
  • Requests submitted after the allowed reporting period.
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video.
  • Normal wear and tear after use.
  • Printed Sticker Lighters are non-refundable and non-returnable. Replacement will only be provided if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery and the claim is supported by a valid unboxing video submitted within the reporting period.

6. Return Approval

Please do not return any product without prior approval from the Freaky Flames support team.

Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address along with further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

7. Packing Video (Mandatory)

Before dispatching the return parcel, customers must record a packing video showing:

  • The product condition.
  • Proper packaging.
  • The parcel being securely sealed.

10. Refund Processing

Once the returned product successfully passes inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid Bank Account or UPI details.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

11. Return Address

The return address may vary depending on the warehouse from which your order was dispatched.

The correct return address will be shared only after your return request has been approved.

Please do not send any product without receiving confirmation from our support team.

12. Warranty

Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products sold by Freaky Flames are not covered under any warranty.
